Thank you for donating to help our son, TJ, and to support our efforts to cure children's brain tumors.
There are 4 easy ways to donate to Team TJ:

- If donating through the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund:
Donating Online with Fidelity Charitable Gift is easy:
1) Go to charitablegift.org. Then "log-in".
2) Click "Recommend a Grant" button located on left tab; use the Giving
Account
3) Type in the following ID: 043068130 and hit "search". The "Brain
Tumor Society, Watertown, MA" will pop up below as a search result
(note: it will display towards the bottom of the page).
4) Click on "Recommend Grant"
5) Use "Barbara Goodman" as the contact name, with the
following phone
number: 617-924-9997
6) IMPORTANT - In the "Designate Special Purpose" field please click the
last radio button and enter the following in the text box: "Team TJ /
Ride for Research Donation - attention B. Goodman".
Team TJ must be
identified here in order to have the funds applied to TJ's pediatric
research. Then click on "Next Step"
7) On "Specify Timing" page - click "as soon as possible"
8) The rest is the same as any other grant request.
9) If possible, please email us at jljmr@comcast.net just letting us
know that you have initiated a Charitable Gift donation. This will
enable us to track it so we can ensure it gets credited to Team TJ and
pediatric brain tumor research. Thank you!
Donating via phone with Fidelity Charitable Gift:
1) Call 800-952-4438
2) Provide the following Tax ID#: 043068130. You can also tell them you
are providing grant to the Brain Tumor Society, Watertown, MA
3) IMPORTANT - Please make sure to tell the representative
you want this to be designated for a "Special Purpose".
The special purpose is "Team TJ / Ride for Research Donation".
Ask them
to use the following name as the contact person "Barbara Goodman".
If they ask for her phone number it is as follows: 617-924-9997. Team
TJ must be identified here in order to have the funds applied to
TJ's pediatric research.
5) The rest is the standard process.
6) If possible, please email us at jljmr@comcast.net just letting us
know that you have initiated a Charitable Gift donation. This will
