Team TJ is a proud supporter of the non-profit 501c3 foundation called the Pediatric Low Grade Astrocytoma Foundation (www.fightplga.org). The PLGA Foundation was started by four families (including our own) who have children affected by a PLGA. Realizing that there was no research and progress being made to help save our children, we created a new foundation dedicated to advancing PLGA research. We believe we are the only pediatric brain tumor organization dedicated specifically to pediatric low grade astrocytomas, the most common form of kid’s brain tumors, and are already one of the largest pediatric brain tumor funding organizations in the country. We’re please to tell you that we’ve made
significant progress but still have many miles to go to raise the funds
needed
for more
